| Mutual Aid to West Elmira Fire Department 10/19/2006 MVC With Entrapment Approx 1510 Hrs. Elmira Heights was requested for a mutual aid assignment on Coleman Ave in the Town Of Elmira. The 3 occupants of the vehicle had no life threating injuries 2 had been removed prior to our arrival to the scene, a female occupant was entrapped on the driver side front with her arm pinned under the "B" post of the vehicle, using 2 power tools and cribbing the vehicle was raised approx. 6 inches and the occupant was removed and transported to the hospital. |
